Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrintableResourcesHub.com (the "Site"), including our printable resources, bundles, library access and memberships (together, the "Services"). "We", "us" and "our" mean the operator of PrintableResourcesHub.com. By using the Site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Teachers, parents and other adults may use our printable resources with children, but the Site itself is not directed at children and children should not create accounts.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account
• Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold
• Tell us promptly at support@printableresourceshub.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

3. Resources and your license

Our resources are licensed, not sold. When you download a free resource, buy a resource or bundle, buy library access or hold an active membership, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resources as described in our Digital Product License. That license forms part of these Terms.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; changes don't affect orders already paid
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number
• You are responsible for any sales or similar taxes that apply to your purchase where they are not collected at checkout
• If a price or product description on the Site is clearly in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment

5. Memberships and automatic renewal

PrintableResourcesHub Unlimited is a subscription billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.

• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel
• If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal
• You can cancel at any time from My Account → Membership & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend member access until payment succeeds
• Membership access covers resources marked as included in the membership while your membership is active

6. One-time library access

One-time library access gives your account access to resources in the library other than member-only resources, for as long as we operate the Site and your account remains in good standing.

7. Delivery

Resources are delivered digitally through your account after your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. Please make sure you can open PDF files before purchasing.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute or publicly post our resources, except as allowed by the Digital Product License
• Share your account or sign-in details with others
• Scrape, bulk-download or copy the Site or its content by automated means
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or try to access areas you're not authorized to access
• Use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful

10. Intellectual property

The Site and all resources, designs, text, graphics, logos and software on it are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license described in section 3, no rights are granted to you. "PrintableResourcesHub" and our logo may not be used without our permission.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as Stripe for payments. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Educational content disclaimer

Our resources are designed to support learning, but they are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for your learners, and we don't guarantee any particular educational outcome or alignment with a specific curriculum or standard unless we say so expressly.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including by sharing or redistributing resources. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PrintableResourcesHub.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at support@printableresourceshub.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll give reasonable notice, such as by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
