All resources on PrintableResourcesHub.com — free or paid — are protected by copyright. This license explains how you may use them. When you download or buy a resource, or access it through a membership or library purchase, you agree to this license.

Who the license covers

Each download, purchase or membership is licensed to one person: the account holder. The license covers:

  • A teacher using resources with the students in their own classes
  • A parent or guardian using resources with their own children
  • A homeschool family, co-op leader or tutor using resources with the learners they personally teach

What you may do

  • Print and photocopy as many copies as you need for your own students or children
  • Save files on your own devices for your personal use
  • Share resources digitally with your own students through a password-protected, closed platform (such as Google Classroom, Seesaw or a school learning management system)
  • Project or display resources during your own lessons
  • Keep using resources you downloaded after a membership ends, for the same permitted uses

What you may not do

  • Share, email or give files to other teachers, parents, schools or organizations
  • Upload resources, or pictures of them, to any public website, shared drive, file-sharing service, blog, marketplace or social media
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute resources, whether free or paid, in original or modified form
  • Include resources, in whole or in part, in products you sell or give away
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or branding
  • Use resources to train, fine-tune or build artificial intelligence or machine-learning models
  • Claim resources, or modified versions of them, as your own work

Schools, districts and multiple teachers

Every teacher who uses a resource needs their own license. If several teachers, a whole school or a district would like to use our resources, email support@printableresourceshub.com for multi-user or site license options.

Sharing about us

You're welcome to share a link to a resource page on PrintableResourcesHub.com, or post a single photo of a resource in use with a link back to its page, as long as the full resource can't be reproduced from what you post.

Ownership

We (or our licensors) keep all ownership of and rights to the resources. Buying or downloading a resource doesn't transfer ownership of the copyright to you.

Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license ends automatically and we may suspend or close your account. You must then stop using and delete the affected resources.
